The annual Rock You Sinners is coming up fast and promises to be an outstanding event for anyone who loves their Rock ‘n’ Roll as much as we do.
Chris Hodges and Fulham Phill were regulars at the Pavilion pub in Battersea which had rockin’ bands most Friday and Saturday nights. They organised the Battersea Pavillion All-Dayers, but when the pub closed in 2016, they moved to Stopsley Working Men’s Club in Luton and Rock You Sinners was born. Stopsley Working Men’s Club is a great venue with a huge dance floor, loads of seating, cheaper bar prices, vintage clothing, homeware and record stalls, hot food available, full disabled access, great transport links, numerous hotels close by and free car parking!
Roll-on to the present-day, Rock You Sinners is now organised by Chris Hodges (Big Chris), Terry Murrell and DJ Alison Bruce. The ethos is to bring top quality acts – both rockin’ favourites and bands that the UK rockin’ audiences may not have seen… and at a great price. For example, Rock You Sinners introduced The Lucky Lucianos (from Italy) and The Lincolns (from Australia) to UK audiences, and in 2026 King Lion and the Braves (from Italy) were a cracking addition to the event.
And coming up is Rock You Sinners #9… (see the flyer for all the details).
